September Beauty Favorites

Wedding

Sorry I am a little late with this post, but these are my September beauty favorites!

IMG_5393

First, let’s start off with the Smashbox Photo Finish foundation primer! To be honest at first I did not really like this product, but I’ve come to love it! It’s actually really great and holds my foundation in place. It really helps blur my huge pores and keeps my face matte the entire day!

IMG_5407

The Maybelline Fit Me foundation was my favorite for a while, but then I started using my Mac Studio Fix Fluid and the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk a lot recently. I basically rediscovered this and forgot how amazing it is! It really makes your skin look smooth and poreless. It’s pretty full coverage for me and you do not even need a lot of product! I love this foundation. If you are looking for an amazing, full coverage affordable foundation, I recommend you try this one!

I received the Ciate London Wonderwand mascara in a voxbox from Influenster and I have to say I am extremely impressed with it! The formula is great; doesn’t become so flakey on my lashes. This mascara not only makes your lashes look longer, but so much fuller which is why I really love it! I will definitely purchase this mascara when I run out of it.

The L.A. Girl concealer is amazing you guys! It’s not so drying under the eyes and the coverage is so good. I highly recommend it! It’s up there with the tarte shape tape concealer for me! I use this one to color correct dark under eyes and then use the shape tape over it. I have used the other concealers too by them and need to repurchase them, they’re great and super affordable!

Next is my Lush bubblebum lip scrub! This stuff is so good at exfoliating my lips. It looks small but theres a lot in this container and you don’t even need much each use. You don’t even have to wipe it off, you can just lick it off! I love using it before I apply my liquid lipsticks.

IMG_5406

Maybelline really impressed me with this liquid lipstick! I also received this in a voxbox a while ago. This is their Super Stay Matte Ink. The formula is amazing and not drying at all. The pigmentation is great and stays on very well. If you don’t want to spend $20 on a liquid lipstick, you should really check these out! You will not regret it.

Last on my list is Mac’s Whirl lipstick! I love this color, it goes well with almost any look! It is probably my favorite mac lipstick, I think I prefer it over Velvet Teddy! It’s pretty matte and I would describe the color as a brownish pink. It’s gorgeous!

Have you tried some of these products? Or which ones do you think about purchasing?

October/Fall Makeup Look

IMG_4957.JPG

Hey guys! I created this look today because its finally October! I hope to do some Halloween looks soon. I used the Jaclyn HillxMorphe palette to create this look! For eyeliner I used the Ciate London Fierce Flicks eyeliner. For mascara I used Ciate London’s Wonderwand mascara, and I have to say I am sooo impressed by it! I got these products in a voxbox. The mascara lengthens your lashes and makes them look so much fuller, which I love! I really think I will purchase it in the future.

I hope you guys loved this look and if you recreate it to tag me in your looks! Follow me on my twitter and instagram: @_FRBeauty ! Would love if you guys showed my posts on this look some love!

P.S. excuse the hair in my face, literally hate when that happens! Ruins the entire picture.

The Balm!

The Balm Cosmetics had a Back to School 50% off Flash sale sitewide on Sept. 28th – 29th! I just had to purchase some items because this was such a good deal!! So I purchased three products, and these are some best sellers!IMG_4827IMG_4830

I bought the Meet Matt(e) Trimony palette, the Mary Lou Manizer highlighter, and the Bahama Mama bronzer. I’ve heard so many good things about all of these products and they all look so beautiful! I’m very excited to try them out and let you guys know what I think about them! I love the colors in the palette, and can’t wait to come up with looks with it. The eyeshadow palette is normally $42, but it was $21 with the sale. The highlighter is originally $24, but was $12. And the Bahama Mama bronzer is usually $20 but I got it for $10! It was a really great deal, and I suggest you guys sign up for the emails on websites so you can know when these deals are!!

What are some of your favorite products from The Balm?

Ulta Haul!

Hey guys so I went to Ulta today trying to find some new makeup to try out but I ended up getting more hair products instead. IMG_4313IMG_4317

I was finally able to get my hands on the ABH Subculture palette! The shades are soo beautiful! There is some fallout with this palette, but I feel like it was the same type of fallout with the Modern Renaissance palette. The shadows are super pigmented, but I do have to agree with some of the reviews that it is a little hard to blend you just have to spend more time blending these shadows but it’s worth it to me!

IMG_4391

I purchased the John Frida Frizz Ease Miraculous Recovery Shampoo and Conditioner because I love the Frizz Ease line! I had samples from a voxbox and it really did make a difference with my hair, so I can’t wait to try these out! My hair is super dry and damaged and I hope this helps make my hair look more healthy! I also purchased some hair gel for whenever I want to put my hair back in a sleek bun or pony tail!IMG_4393

I also purchased these brushes for my hair because I have only been using a wide-tooth comb and I don’t really like it, a lot of my hair has been falling out and its harder to detangle. Also, I purchased the dual teeth teasing comb to use for when I straighten my hair because someone who attends a Paul Mitchell school told me that combs with shorter teeth help make your hair straighter when straightening as opposed to a brush or wide-tooth comb.

Ulta has so many great Eyelure lashes! Vegas Nay’s lashes are soo pretty I just had to get these! They are a little pricey around $12 though, but you can get a lot of uses out of these! The Neutrogena eye makeup remover is great you don’t even need that much to remove the eye makeup, so I love it! I think it’s better than the wipes, and it will last longer too.
I have been breaking out a lot and my skin hasn’t been the best lately so I decided I really needed a good face wash/scrub because the cetaphil one was too gentle and would not get rid of my stubborn acne, even though I love my cetaphil facial wash. Clean & Clear has worked the best for me over the years! It really helps get rid of my acne fast and it isn’t too harsh on my sensitive skin. This wash really gives you a fresh feeling afterwords and makes your face feel so clean!

I’m so excited to use all of these products!

Teeth Whitening Kit

Hey guys! If you have trouble whitening your teeth like I did, and want to find something that really works then keep on reading this post! I used to use the Crest whitening strips a lot before but they didn’t do that great of a job for me. I would always try to find many ways to whiten my teeth because I had braces before but nothing did the job so I pretty much just gave up. Then I decided to try White with Style and I have to say I’m actually really impressed with just after one use.

I purchased this on their website http://www.whitewithstyle.com and they have several different flavors to choose from. I purchased the strawberry one. That’s another great thing, the whitening strips I would use before did not have such a great taste so it would be really hard for me to swallow and they would keep moving around! The back of this package says you can “Get up to 7 shades whiter in 1 treatment.” I do feel that this was true for me! I had really bad stained teeth because I drink a lot of coffee and tea on the daily. It is “Made in the USA *FDA Registered *Cruelty Free *Gluten Free *BPA Free *Vegan *Sensitivity Free”

This kit comes with: two trays for your teeth which you dip into hot water so you can mold them to fit your teeth, whitening gel which you can use for up to 10 treatments, an LED light which you place in your mouth while the gel is in there to help with the whitening, and vitamin e swabs to remove excess gel from your gums.

Honestly, this was the only product I have ever used that truly whitened my teeth. I saw a difference just after one use. I am truly impressed, being someone that has struggled with stained teeth for years. I would want to purchase this again if I ever needed it and highly recommend it to any of you that would love to whiten your teeth!

This kit costs $269.99 but use the code Deal26 and it will end up costing $26!
